Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license required.
• DEA License and CPR BCLS/BLS certification necessary.
• A year of experience in Endocrinology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care.
• Assess and treat patients with endocrinology diseases.
