Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a friendly Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a compassionate team serving residents in skilled nursing facilities.

The role emphasizes comprehensive endocrine care, diabetes and thyroid management, and collaboration with a dedicated healthcare team. The position is part-time (2 days per week) in Worcester, MA, with a competitive salary of $60,000 to $90,000 per year, plus paid time off and malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility.
• Active and unrestricted NP, PA, or physician license.
• DEA license.
• CPR BCLS/BLS certification.
• Master's Degree in Nursing and NP program accreditation.
• Experience in endocrinology and EMR documentation training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat endocrinology conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests for residents.
• Develop diagnoses and treatment plans; prescribe medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for seamless care.
• Maintain resident safety, care plans, and family counseling.
