Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is seeking an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner for a 100% outpatient practice. The position offers flexibility with part-time or full-time hours and Monday–Friday schedules with no on-call requirements.

The successful candidate will diagnose and treat endocrine conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, coordinate with specialists, and maintain EMR documentation. Requires NYS RN & NP licensure, board certification, and 8+ years of NP experience.

Qualifications

NYS RN and NP license with BLS and board certification.
8+ years of NP experience.
Trained in Endocrinology.
Strong diagnostic and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow patient base.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat endocrine conditions including diabetes and thyroid disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide patient education on diagnoses and treatment options.
Maintain thorough EMR documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure seamless care.
Provide clinical oversight to nurses and staff.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and payer guidelines.
Grow a sustainable patient panel aligned with practice growth.
