Job summary

Franciscan Physician Network seeks a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist for the Lafayette, Indiana practice. The role focuses on Diabetes and Endocrinology within a welcoming community setting, with a clear emphasis on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an average outpatient volume of 12–15 patients daily and 0–4 inpatient consults weekly.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have Doctorate and medical license upon hire.
• Board Certification in Endocrinology or eligibility upon hire.
• Active BLS certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient endocrinology care.
• Coordinate care with diabetes educators and other specialists.
• Engage with the Lafayette community to build long-term patient relationships.

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist to meet the growing demand for Diabetes and Endocrinology services at FPN Diabetes & Endocrinology Specialists Lafayette located in Lafayette, Indiana.

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills with a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

What You Can Expect

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Average outpatient volume: 12 - 15 patients per day
• Average inpatient consults: 0 - 4 consults per week
• Shared call expectation
