Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist to meet the growing demand for Diabetes and Endocrinology services at FPN Diabetes & Endocrinology Specialists Lafayette located in Lafayette, Indiana.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; outpatient focus with ~12–15 patients daily and potential outreach to surrounding locations. Strong emphasis on clinical excellence and community ties.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in medicine (MD/DO) required.
• Physician license required upon hire.
• Board certification in Endocrinology or eligibility upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide diabetes and endocrinology care to patients in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate with onsite diabetes educators and care teams.
• Contribute to community outreach and program development as needed.

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist to meet the growing demand for Diabetes and Endocrinology services at FPN Diabetes & Endocrinology Specialists Lafayette located in Lafayette, Indiana.

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills with a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Average outpatient volume: 12 - 15 patients per day
• Average inpatient consults: 0 - 4 consults per week
• Shared call expectation
• Extensive resources including onsite Clinical Diabetes Educators
• Potential outreach to surrounding locations
