Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Within first six months, complete CMA/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA certification.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assure efficient patient flow through the site and prepare patients for examination.
• Assist practitioners with ECG, venipuncture, immunizations, and related procedures.
• Stock and prepare exam rooms, disinfect instruments, and maintain inventory.
• Communicate with patients and health care team to ensure quality care and safety.
• Perform delegated procedures appropriate to the specialty as directed.
