Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification is required or to be obtained within six months.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in a relevant role.

Responsibilities

• Assures efficient patient flow by escorting patients, preparing exam rooms, and recording vital signs and patient information.
• Assist practitioners with ECGs, venipuncture, immunizations, and sterile technique as directed.
• Stock and disinfect exam rooms, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Interact with patients professionally to enhance satisfaction and coordinate with the care team.
• Perform delegated procedures safely and according to specialty guidelines.
• Handle additional duties assigned by supervisor or manager.
