Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant certification or registration required.

Responsibilities

• Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks and clinical duties, including obtaining patient histories and managing calls.
• Maintains medical supplies inventory and performs preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Prepares patients for examinations by taking vitals and recording histories.
• Prepares treatment rooms for clinical examinations.
• Transmits physician orders and answers questions about treatment.
• Assists staff and physicians, supports documentation and lab work as needed.
