• RMA or CMA certification required.
• Montana LPN license required.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within seven days of hire.
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and prepare patients for appointments, including obtaining medical histories and vital signs.
• Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and other clinical needs while maintaining patient privacy.
• Collect laboratory specimens, document in the EMR, and perform competency‑validated tasks.
• Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, prior authorizations, scheduling, and follow‑ups.
• Support communication with patients regarding appointments, testing, medications, and care coordination.
• Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies; assist with patient calls and portal messages.
