Candidates must hold an MD/DO with full US licensure and board certification in endocrinology (or eligible).

• VA eligibility or clear credentialing as applicable.

• Provide comprehensive care for endocrinology patients across outpatient, inpatient, and community settings.
• Perform endocrinology procedures and coordinate with Diabetic Education staff.
• Complete documentation and coding accurately; coordinate care with VA and non-VA referral centers.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in committees or process-improvement teams.
