Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a physician-led group in the Northwest Indiana region, near Chicago.

The position emphasizes an outpatient clinical focus with access to a high-tech hospital infrastructure and strong work-life balance. You will collaborate with endocrinology colleagues and an interdisciplinary network to manage diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal disorders, osteoporosis, and metabolic health using EPIC EHR and

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from US medical school or international equivalent.
• Fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible for licensure).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and management of adult endocrine disorders.
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and fine-needle aspiration (FNA) as clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with primary care, surgeons, bariatric specialists, and diabetes educators.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-assisted documentation enhancements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster long-term provider-patient relationships with individualized care planning.
