Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a physician-led group in Northwest Indiana, just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago. This outpatient-focused role offers a blend of busy clinical practice with high-tech hospital infrastructure and work-life balance.

You will work within a HIMSS Stage VII environment, collaborating with physicians and APPs, and using EPIC EHR with AI-driven enhancements to support patient care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Fellowship-trained in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible for state licensure within 90–120 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing management for adult endocrine disorders.
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and FNA as clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with primary care, surgeons, bariatric specialists, and diabetes educators.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and quality initiatives.
• Foster long-term provider-patient relationships with individualized care planning.

An established, highly regarded healthcare system in Northwest Indiana is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join its growing, physician-led group practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing management for adult endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal disorders, osteoporosis, and metabolic health
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and fine-needle aspirations (FNA) as clinically indicated
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary network of primary care providers, surgeons, bariatric specialists, and diabetes educators
• Utilize cutting-edge clinical tools and EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and health system quality improvement initiatives
• Foster strong, long-term provider-patient relationships through individualized care planning

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Fellowship-trained in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
