Job summary

Tri-S Recruiters is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a premier Northwest Indiana health system. This outpatient-focused role offers a vibrant clinical mix, EPIC EHR with AI-assisted documentation, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

You will manage adults with diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, metabolic disorders, perform thyroid ultrasounds and FNA as needed, and collaborate with surgeons, bariatric teams, and diabetes educators to build a thriving

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Fellowship-trained in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible for state licensure within 90–120 days).
• Strong interest in managing complex endocrinology cases with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and management for adult endocrine disorders.
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and fine-needle aspiration (FNA) as indicated.
• Collaborate with primary care, surgeons, bariatric specialists, and diabetes educators.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster long-term provider-patient relationships through individualized care planning.

An established, highly regarded healthcare system in Northwest Indiana is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join its growing, physician-led group practice.

Located just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago, this position offers the ideal combination of a busy clinical subspecialty practice, high-tech hospital infrastructure, and exceptional work-life balance. Practice in a HIMSS Stage VII environment featuring full EPIC EHR integration with modern AI functionality. You will collaborate with a collegial team of physicians and advanced practice providers eager to support you in building a thriving endocrinology panel tailored to your clinical interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing management for adult endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal disorders, osteoporosis, and metabolic health
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and fine-needle aspirations (FNA) as clinically indicated
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary network of primary care providers, surgeons, bariatric specialists, and diabetes educators
• Utilize cutting-edge clinical tools and EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and health system quality improvement initiatives
• Foster strong, long-term provider-patient relationships through individualized care planning
