True North Consultants, Inc. seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a physician-led group in the Greater Chicagoland/Northwest Indiana area. The role combines busy clinical subspecialty work with advanced hospital infrastructure and strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Endocrinology.
• Active Indiana medical license or eligible for licensure within 90–120 days.
• Fellowship-trained in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
• Patient-centered, compassionate approach to complex endocrine care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and management for adult endocrine disorders.
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and fine-needle aspirations (FNA) as indicated.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers across primary care, surgery, bariatrics, and diabetes education.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements and contribute to quality initiatives.
• Foster long-term provider-patient relationships with individualized care plans.

Education

MD or DO

Fellowship-trained in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism

Indiana medical license (active or eligible within 90–120 days)
