Job summary

Tryon Medical Partners in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Endocrinologist for a 100% outpatient practice. You will provide comprehensive endocrine care, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, and metabolic diseases, in a collaborative physician-led environment.

The position offers strong clinical support, a growing endocrinology service line, and a pathway to partnership within a renowned, physician-owned practice.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
• Eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina.
• Strong clinical skills and patient-centered care.
• Interest in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, and metabolic conditions.
• Diagnose and manage hormonal imbalances through clinical evaluation, labs, and imaging as appropriate.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans including medication management and lifestyle counseling.
• Deliver longitudinal care for chronic endocrine conditions emphasizing prevention and disease management.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists within Tryon’s integrated network.
• Utilize EMR for documentation and care coordination.
• Option to perform in-office procedures such as thyroid ultrasound and fine-needle aspiration, based on interest and experience.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development.
