Tryon Medical Partners in Charlotte, NC seeks a Board-Certified/Eligible Endocrinologist for 100% outpatient care within a physician-led, patient-centered practice.

You will diagnose and manage diabetes, thyroid disorders, and metabolic diseases, collaborating with primary care and specialists in a comprehensive care network.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
• Eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Interest in working in a collaborative, team-based outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for endocrine disorders (diabetes, thyroid, osteoporosis).
• Diagnose and manage hormonal imbalances through clinical evaluation and lab interpretation.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including medication management and lifestyle counseling.
• Deliver longitudinal care for chronic endocrine conditions with emphasis on prevention and disease management.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists within Tryon’s network.
• Utilize EMR for documentation and care coordination.
• Option to perform in-office procedures such as thyroid ultrasound/aspiration.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join our growing multi-specialty practice. This is a 100% outpatient opportunity focused on providing comprehensive endocrine care, with strong internal referral networks and robust clinical support.

Our Endocrinologists specialize in diagnosing and managing hormone-related conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, and metabolic diseases. This role offers the opportunity to build and grow endocrinology services within a highly collaborative, physician-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, and metabolic conditions

• Diagnose and manage hormonal imbalances through clinical evaluation, lab interpretation, and imaging when appropriate

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle counseling

• Deliver longitudinal care for chronic endocrine conditions, emphasizing prevention and disease management

• Collaborate closely with primary care physicians and specialists within Tryon's integrated network

• Utilize EMR for documentation and care coordination

• Option to perform in-office procedures such as thyroid ultrasound and fine-needle aspiration, based on interest and experience

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to program development
