Wilmington Endocrinology, PA is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join our established private practice in coastal Wilmington, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for an outpatient‑focused physician to enjoy a flexible, collegial environment with strong staff support.

The practice offers in‑house ultrasound and FNA biopsy, a light after‑hours call schedule, and opportunities for clinical research.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; patient-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Primarily office-based practice with no hospital responsibilities.

• Light after-hours call schedule (about 1 out of 4 weeks).

Wilmington Endocrinology is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join our established and growing private practice in coastal Wilmington, North Carolina. The position may be structured as either full time or part time, depending on the candidate’s experience, interests, and availability. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to practice high-quality, outpatient-focused endocrinology in a supportive, flexible, and collegial environment. Our clinic is the pioneer in utilizing 3D thyroid ultrasound and elastography in diagnosing thyroid nodules. The position may be structured as either full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate’s experience, interests, and availability.

Position Highlights

• Primarily office-based practice with no hospital responsibilities
• Focus on Thyroid conditions (thyroid cancer, Hashimoto Thyroiditis, hypothyroid, and hyperthyroidism), and parathyroid (Hyper/Hypoparathyroidism). We welcome if the candidate would be interested in expanding to other non-diabetic endocrine disorders (adrenal, pituitary, osteoporosis, and more)
• Light after-hours call schedule (about 1 out of 4 weeks per month)
• Opportunity to participate in clinical research and publications, if desired
• In-house ultrasound and FNA biopsy procedures
