Compensation & Benefits

• High earning potential: $350,000 – $450,000 per year
• First‑year guaranteed base salary of $325,000, then transition to RVU‑based compensation
• Year‑end production bonus for exceeding RVU threshold ($50 per RVU over threshold)

Job/Practice Description

The Endocrinologist will be a full‑time outpatient provider, working Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The clinic averages 15–20 patients per day and can handle 100% outpatient or a mix of 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient. The practice includes three physicians and two APPs; the current Endocrinologist has recently retired.
