Job summary

NP Now, LLC in Dallas, TX seeks a full-time Endocrinologist to join an outpatient practice serving both children and adults. The role involves teaching Internal Medicine residents during clinic hours, with no inpatient responsibilities, and a patient load of about 20–25 per day in Dallas and Rockwall.

The position offers a base salary of $250,000–$275,000 per year plus performance-based bonus, extensive PTO, malpractice coverage, loan repayment assistance, and comprehensive medical benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required; Endocrinology board eligibility or certification.
• Experience in outpatient endocrinology is preferred.
• Teaching residents during clinic hours is part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Work in an outpatient setting serving both children and adults with no inpatient duties.
• See 20–25 patients per day in Dallas and Rockwall.
• Teach Internal Medicine residents from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Monday–Thursday.

Job Responsibilities
