Job summary

NP Now, LLC in Longview, Texas, is seeking an Endocrinologist for a full-time, outpatient-focused position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role includes supervision of APPs and coordination with Pulmonary and Rheumatology services.

Starting base salary is $325,000 with additional RVU-based earnings of $350,000–$450,000 per year; a year-end bonus and tail/malpractice protections are provided along with a 401(k) retirement plan and concierge services.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Endocrinology.
• H‑1B visa sponsorship accepted.
• Supervise APPs and coordinate care with Pulmonary and Rheumatology services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient endocrine care with an average patient volume of 15–20 per day.
• Work Monday‑Friday 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.
• Focus 100% outpatient or 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient, as required.
• Supervise APPs and coordinate care with Pulmonary and Rheumatology services.
