NP Now, LLC in Texas seeks an Endocrinologist for a full-time outpatient role in Longview. Working Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., you’ll see about 15–20 patients per day in a three-physician, two-APP practice.

The compensation is competitive: first-year base salary of $325k, then RVU-based pay with potential bonuses, malpractice tail coverage, retirement match, on-site gym, and concierge services; H1B sponsorship is accepted.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• H1B visa sponsorship accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient endocrinology care, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Clinic handles 15–20 patients per day in a 3-physician, 2-APP setting.
• Outpatient focus with potential for limited inpatient mix.
