Kingfisher Recruiting partnered with a premier regional healthcare facility to recruit a full-time, Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist in Mattoon, IL. You will provide comprehensive outpatient endocrine care with a highly collaborative team and a flexible schedule, including a 3-day/week or week-on/week-off rotation.

The role emphasizes diabetes, thyroid, pituitary, and metabolic bone management with a strong earning potential through production bonuses and a base guarantee.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited institution.
• Completed Internal Medicine Residency with Endocrinology fellowship.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• Active IL medical license or immediate eligibility.
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsabilités

• Provide outpatient diagnostic, consultative, and treatment services for endocrine, metabolic, and hormonal disorders.
• Manage a robust patient panel focusing on diabetes, thyroid diseases, and pituitary/adrenal disorders.
• Collaborate with on-site physicians and APPs to coordinate care.

Compensation: $320,000 annually

Schedule: Highly Flexible | ~3 Days per Week or Week-On / Week-Off Rotation Available

Location: Mattoon, Illinois

We have partnered closely with a premier regional healthcare facility to recruit a full-time, Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) Endocrinologist. This role offers a uniquely collaborative and flexible practice model, giving you the rare opportunity to structure your ideal work schedule while enjoying a highly lucrative, production-backed compensation structure. Working alongside an established internal specialist team, you will step into an active patient panel with immense growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient diagnostic, consultative, and treatment services for a full spectrum of endocrine, metabolic, and hormonal disorders.
• Manage a robust, established patient panel focusing on advanced diabetes care, thyroid diseases, pituitary/adrenal disorders, and metabolic bone disease.
• Partner and collaborate seamlessly with the existing on-site team, currently comprised of one experienced physician and one Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
• Work your choice of a highly flexible practice schedule, with options for approximately 3 focused days per week or an alternating week-on/week-off rotation.
• Manage minor clinical call responsibilities, restricted primarily to reviewing critical lab values as needed (no arduous, traditional hospital call burdens).
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely electronic medical records for all patient consultations and follow-up care.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
• Successful completion of an accredited Internal Medicine Residency followed by an Endocrinology Fellowship
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Endocrinology
• Active, unrestricted Illinois state medical license (or immediate eligibility to obtain)
• Valid DEA registration
• Strong communication and clinical leadership skills to successfully collaborate within a physician/APP team model
