Kennedy Medical Group, Practice, PC is seeking a Medical Assistant for the Endocrine clinic in Sewell, NJ. The role supports physicians with exams, diagnostic procedures, patient flow, and maintaining patient records.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to ensure high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include taking vitals, assisting with injections, EKGs, venipuncture, and documenting medical histories in EHR, while adhering to HIPAA and office protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• NJ requirement: 330+ hour medical assisting program incl. injections training.
• CMA certification within 180 days eligible/required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with examinations and diagnostic procedures (EKG, venipuncture, injections).
• Manage patient flow and maintain area supplies.
• Document vitals, medical history, medications, and treatment plans.
• Comply with HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
• Order supplies to maintain inventory and smooth office operations.
