Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board eligibility in general surgery.
• Completed fellowship in endocrine surgery.
• Board certified or board eligible in general surgery.
• Eligible for the Adult Complex Thyroid and Parathyroid Surgery Focused Practice Designation.

Responsibilities

• Join ECU Health Physicians and ECU Department of Surgery as a General/Endocrine Surgeon at the Assistant/Associate Professor level.
• Expand an established endocrine surgery program serving a 29-county region in eastern North Carolina.
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows and contribute to clinical education.
• Engage in collaborative clinical, teaching and research activities with a multidisciplinary team.
