Job summary

AllianceBernstein seeks a Nashville-based Technology Services and Support Manager to lead end-user technology delivery across the Americas. You will manage a multi-office team, ensuring adoption, support, and continuous improvement of desktop, mobile, and collaboration tools for AB staff.

The role requires strong leadership, deep ITSM experience, and the ability to partner with product management to drive technology roadmaps and staff development. On-site role in Nashville with global scope.

Qualifications

• 7+ years management experience in technology teams.
• 12+ years in technology support with strong communication.
• Knowledge of desktop environments (Windows, MacOS) and collaboration tools.
• Experience with ITSM and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Manage the End User Technology Team for Americas offices (21 US, 2 Canada, 3 Latin America) and oversee 18 staff members.
• Deliver, adopt and support end user and workplace technology across offices and AB staff.
• Act as trusted advisor to business and tech teams; provide solutions and feedback for enhancements.
• Lead technology training sessions: workshops, classes, 1:1 ad-hoc sessions.
• Oversee IT Service Management: incident/problem/change management using ITSM tools.
• Review daily metrics on service requests, incidents and problems; report trends.
• Drive continual improvement of service delivery with cross-team collaboration.
• Handle procurement of end user technology and software.
• Stay current on tech trends and contribute to AB’s technology roadmap.
• Own technology products/services lifecycle with partnering teams.
