Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Senior Manager, End User Technology Engineering to lead a skilled team delivering world‑class end user technology solutions for corporate and retail users. The role blends hands‑on leadership with strategic service design, delivery, and support, leveraging ITIL practices to ensure security, availability, and excellent user experience.

Work is hybrid with 3 in‑person days at core locations (Salisbury, NC; Quincy, MA; Chicago, IL) and 2 remote days.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; advanced certifications welcomed.
5+ years of relevant technology leadership experience.
Experience with IT service management (ServiceNow), remote support tools, incident escalation, and ITIL or similar frameworks.
High degree of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of End User Technology engineers to keep the environment current and compliant.
Oversee end-user compute environments and management tools (Intune, Defender, Endpoint Manager, SCCM, JAMF).
Apply ITIL-based practices to improve service quality and customer experience.
Coordinate with vendor partners and IT teams to deliver effective end-user solutions.
Drive continuous learning and performance through metrics and staff development.
