Job summary

TSMC Arizona seeks an IT Client Services Engineer to deliver reliable IT services and user support across the organization. You will manage end-user computing, devices, printers, and meeting room tech, while coordinating with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes deployment, administration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of end-user tech, with a focus on security, standardization, and automation across the client environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT client services, endpoint computing, desktop engineering, workplace technology, or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, network, and applications.

Responsibilities

• End User Computing & Client Service: support Windows OS, endpoint configurations, software deployment, patching, lifecycle management.
• Mobile Device Services: provisioning, enrollment, security policies, app deployment, MDM, and vendor coordination.
• Printer & Peripheral Services: manage printers, firmware, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
• Meeting Room & Collaboration Technology: install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and upgrade meeting room tech.
