Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a highly skilled IT Client Services Engineer to deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality IT services to end users across the site, including PCs, printers, and meeting room systems.

You will work with IT infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve technical issues, drive standardization and automation, and support lifecycle management of end-user computing technologies in a fast-paced manufacturing and office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years IT client services or related field.
• Strong hands-on Windows PC experience with peripherals and OS.
• Experience with mobile devices and enterprise mobility.
• Experience with printer deployment and troubleshooting.
• Experience with meeting rooms and collaboration tech.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows OS, endpoint configurations, software deployment, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, endpoint, connectivity, and application issues.
• Manage large-scale PC/Laptop deployment, refresh, migration, and lifecycle programs.
• Support device provisioning, enrollment, security policies, and MDM initiatives.
• Coordinate device deployment with vendors and service providers.
• Lead IT projects and service improvements across manufacturing and office environments.
