Job summary

AEP Service Corporation seeks an IT Support Analyst to deliver second-level end-user computing support in a Columbus, OH area office. You will deploy and maintain Windows and Mac endpoints, manage accounts, and help with patching and security.

The role requires 2 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, and strong skills in AD/Entra ID, M365, and endpoint management tools. Occasional travel and after-hours on-call are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field required.
• 2 years of relevant work experience required; equivalent combinations considered.
• Experience with Windows and Mac endpoint deployment, security, and patching.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support for end-user computing services (desktops, laptops, VDIs, mobile devices).
• Assist with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and macOS systems.
• Manage user accounts including onboarding/offboarding and authentication troubleshooting.
• Monitor queues and respond to incidents and service requests per priority guidelines.
• Participate in endpoint management using Intune, MECM/ConfigMgr, JAMF, or similar.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software/network/printing issues and document resolutions.
• Contribute to software packaging, patching, and deployment for endpoint security.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge articles; support continuous improvement.
