Qualifications

• Mandatory skills: Remote Desktop Support.
• 1–3 years experience in desktop support roles.
• Certifications: A+, plus at least one Cisco or Microsoft certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd level Help Desk support.
• Perform intermediate-to-advanced IMAC services and user hardware deployments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and escalate when needed.
