Qualifications

• Proven experience in desktop management, messaging, and collaboration tools.
• Strong technical proficiency in Intune, SCCM, MS365, VDI, Citrix, JAMF, Azure Virtual Desktop.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team providing Desktop Management support.
• Oversee Messaging and Collaboration tools and their integration.
• Manage Customer Endpoint Experience and virtual desktop solutions.
• Implement and automate processes using Microsoft tools.
• Provide support for MS 365 and endpoint policy management.
• Ensure efficient mail routing and conference room management.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of desktop management technologies.
• Develop and enforce policies for communication tools.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
