Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft OS, AD, and endpoint management.
• Proven ability to deploy and manage Windows operating systems.
• Experience with patching, imaging, and troubleshooting desktop issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling desktop/LAN support and incident resolution.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability.
