Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in Computing Sciences or IT.
• Interest in endpoint management, systems administration, software deployment and automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of enterprise software and devices.
• Assist with packaging, testing, and deployment of software using MSI, MSIX, EXE and installers.
• Learn MECM/SCCM, create device collections, distribute content, and monitor deployments.
• Assist with patching, Intune management, and upgrade activities in a corporate IT environment.
