Job summary

Chemours invites you to join the Information Technology team as an End User Computing Engineer. You will manage enterprise endpoint capabilities and deliver secure, reliable computing services across the device lifecycle, collaborating with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams.

The role emphasizes MECM/SCCM and Intune expertise, Windows Autopilot, and ongoing improvements to device provisioning, security baselines, and deployment processes across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience engineering or administering enterprise end user computing and endpoint management services.
• Advanced hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM and Intune including deployments, updates, collections, reporting, OSD, and client health.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, identity-based access controls, endpoint security, and vulnerability remediation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, administer, and continuously improve enterprise endpoint management services using MECM/SCCM and Intune.
• Design and support co-management and cloud-native endpoint strategies for Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
• Design and support Windows Autopilot provisioning to streamline device deployment and onboarding.
• Build, test, deploy, and maintain applications, packages, task sequences, profiles, and security baselines.
• Plan and execute OS feature updates, monthly patching, drivers, and endpoint lifecycle activities.
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint, deployment, policy, and device enrollment issues; provide L2/L3 leadership.
