The Chemours Company seeks an experienced End User Computing Engineer to join our Information Technology team. This role supports enterprise endpoint management using MECM/SCCM and Intune across Windows, iOS, and Android devices, including Autopilot deployment and cloud-native strategies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years engineering or administering enterprise end user computing and endpoint management services.
• Advanced hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM and Intune, including deployment, updates, collections, reporting, OS deployment, and health.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, identity-based access controls, endpoint security, and vulnerability remediation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Engineer, administer, and continuously improve enterprise endpoint management services using MECM/SCCM and Intune.
• Design and support co-management and cloud-native endpoint strategies for Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
• Design and support Windows Autopilot provisioning to streamline deployment and onboarding.
• Build, test, deploy, and maintain applications, packages, task sequences, configuration profiles, and security baselines.
• Plan and execute OS feature updates, monthly patching, driver/firmware updates, and lifecycle activities.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, service delivery, and application teams to remediate vulnerabilities and meet security requirements.
• Monitor platform health, capacity, deployment success, and compliance; analyze data to identify trends.
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues and provide technical leadership during escalations.
• Maintain knowledge of endpoint management roadmaps, security guidance, and modern practices; integrate into standards.
• Develop and maintain engineering standards, documentation, and operational procedures; act as L2/L3 escalation point.
