Broccoli is seeking a hands-on Video Producer to join our in-house team in San Francisco. You will conceive, shoot, edit, and publish short and long-form video, owning the process from start to finish.

You’ll work closely with teammates, producing quick-turn social clips and polished pieces, and travel for events as needed. This embedded, fast-paced role offers growth as the function expands into a small production team.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have shot, edited and published their own content.
• Personal portfolio or channel required.
• Ability to troubleshoot audio and lighting solo.
• Willing to travel for on-site shoots.
• Office-based five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Short-form content creation at high volume.
• Long-form YouTube videos and podcasts editing.
• Full production pipeline from shoot to deliverables.
• Manage media library and assets for easy reuse.
• On-site production at shows and events.
• Handoff-ready outputs to partner teams.
