Sauna by Wordware in San Francisco (Presidio) seeks a fast, obsessive video producer to film, edit, and publish multiple pieces weekly. You’ll work with the Creative Director and report to the CEO until the new hire lands, owning the pipeline from capture to publish across major platforms.

We value AI-native editors who can manage high-volume output with a strong quality bar. Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $130,000 plus meaningful equity; office in Presidio with campus perks.

Qualifications

• Fast, obsessive video editor with strong sense of pacing and rhythm.
• Detail-oriented with flawless captions and thumbnails.
• Systems-minded with checklists and templates for consistency.
• AI-native, using tools to automate repetitive tasks.
• Self-starter who moves ideas from concept to publish without micromanagement.
• Able to handle high-volume production while preserving quality.

Responsibilities

• Capture and edit daily footage; set up, shoot, back up, archive.
• Edit quickly: write captions, craft hooks, resize for platforms.
• Publish on cadence: X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts (5 pieces/wk).
• Own the library: organize raw footage, transcripts, cuts, thumbnails.
• Run AI-assisted pipeline: transcription, captions, voiceover, versioning.
• Maintain shooting lists; ensure weekly output ships; manage deadlines.
• Support Creative Director to accelerate narrative and craft.
