Job summary

File & ServeXpress is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to own our end-to-end UI regression automation. You’ll design the harness, expand coverage, and wire it into our release pipeline so teams get feedback before code ships.

You’ll build and maintain the framework, fight flakiness, and collaborate with development and CI/CD teams to ensure reliable test signals across our e-filing platform. Strong experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium, plus SQL and CI/CD in Azure DevOps or GitHub

Qualifications

• 3+ years building UI automation for a non-trivial web app.
• Ownership of a test suite over time, not just a single project.
• Strong debugging and reporting of defects.

Responsibilities

• Own the E2E automation framework and reporting.
• Expand regression suite across core workflows in FSX court-related app.
• Fight flakiness by deterministic waits and isolating tests.
• Integrate with CI/CD pipelines and produce actionable failure signals.
• Verify permissions across roles and tenants.
• Collaborate with development for testability and stable selectors.
• Support manual and exploratory testing where automation isn't ideal.
