Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency with instructional design methodologies and adult‑learning principles.
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering training for technical systems or complex business processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform training needs analyses and define role‑based learning objectives for end users, help desk, and technical staff.
• Design and develop blended training solutions including classroom/virtual courses, e‑learning, simulations, and job aids.
• Convert complex concepts into clear examples and scenarios aligned to real program use cases.
• Create reusable templates, storyboards, and content standards for consistency across courses.
• Configure and use LMS to manage curricula, enrollments, assignments, and completion tracking.
• Facilitate training events (in‑person and virtual) and adjust delivery based on feedback and observation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement content and delivery improvements.
• Partner with product owners, system admins, and project teams to stay aligned with releases and timelines.
• Support change management by coordinating training schedules and readiness activities.
