NOCD is expanding its recruiting team to bring on 12–15+ licensed therapists per month, supporting access to OCD care nationwide. You will source, screen, and guide therapists through a high‑touch interview process, partnering with clinical leaders and operations to ensure smooth onboarding.

Ideal candidates are data‑driven, collaborative, and passionate about mental health. This hybrid Chicago role offers a competitive base and a strong mission‑driven environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or a similar role.
• Proactive, motivated, and growth-oriented mindset.
• Ability to research, engage, and recruit across candidate pools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with social platforms and resume databases to find candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Source and build a robust pipeline to hire 12–15+ therapists per month.
• Own the candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Guide candidates through a structured, high‑touch interview process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, clinical leaders, and operations.
• Use data to optimize sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes.
