Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
8+ years of progressive experience leading technology initiatives and delivery teams.
Experience managing enterprise technology initiatives through planning, execution, testing, deployment, production readiness, and transition to operations.
Experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated environment preferred.
Scrum Master, SAFe, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across software development, infrastructure, integrations, and transformations.
Manage scope, schedules, resources, risks, issues, decisions, deliverables, and outcomes.
Establish delivery plans, milestones, governance routines, controls, and measurable success criteria.
Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining delivery quality, operational stability, and service continuity.
Provide regular status reporting, dashboards, executive communications, and translation of technical risks into business outcomes.
