Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related field.
• 8+ years leading technology delivery programs.
• Experience in banking or regulated environments preferred.
• Strong governance, risk, and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across software development, infrastructure, integrations, and BAU.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and establish governance and success criteria.
• Manage scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and production readiness.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, product, security, operations throughout the SDLC; drive Agile/Hybrid delivery.
• Provide regular status reporting and executive dashboards with clear business-focused delivery recommendations.
