Job summary

Heraeus Medevio seeks a Director of Supply Chain in White Bear Lake, MN to lead end-to-end supply chain strategy including procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics. You will align with Sales, Operations, and Finance, driving performance and cost containment in a manufacturing environment.

This onsite role requires about 15% travel and offers a competitive compensation range with bonus eligibility and a strong benefits package, including healthcare, 401(k) with match,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, 3+ in manufacturing (medical device preferred).
• Minimum 5 years supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience with production planning, materials planning, systems management, logistics.
• Excellent project management skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and define end-to-end supply chain strategy with executive leadership.
• Lead and develop planners, buyers, and warehouse staff; set goals and review performance.
• Own and refine the S&OP process; collaborate across Portfolio Management, Sales, Engineering, Finance.
• Lead demand forecasting with commercial teams; ensure data integrity across systems.
• Improve visibility using data analytics; track OTD, inventory turns, COGS, and metrics.
• Monitor global supply chain trends and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage transitions for new product introductions from development to mass production.
• Assess supply risks and mitigate with procurement and supplier quality.
• Provide demand planning input to stakeholders; enforce policies for warehouse efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement; manage departmental budgets.
