Job summary

Inntec, a Riverview, FL-based software company, is seeking a developer to own real projects end-to-end—from initial client conversations to shipping and support. You’ll work on GrowerLive and other ERP initiatives, collaborating directly with clients in a small team environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, practical delivery, and strong communication. Hybrid work in the Tampa metro is offered with local proximity to Riverview, FL.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial experience building web applications with C#/.NET.
• Working SQL Server skills — write queries, design schemas, troubleshoot.
• Experience with server-rendered .NET apps — Razor views and/or Blazor; willingness to learn the other.
• Comfort with JavaScript for frontend interactivity on Razor-based work.
• A portfolio, GitHub, or code samples showing real shipped work.
• You want to talk to clients and own projects end-to-end.
• Ownership mindset: take a problem and drive it to completion.
• Strong, proven communication skills with clients and teammates.
• Pragmatism: ship 80% solution when appropriate; avoid overengineering.
• Comfortable in a small team without a single tech lead.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end: scoping, estimating, building, shipping, and supporting.
• Partner with clients to understand business problems and translate them into software.
• Extend GrowerLive and other products, with occasional greenfield work.
• Lead own projects and client calls; maintain realistic timelines.
• Collaborate in a small shop to grow the product and the business.
