• Dig into existing codebases to understand how they work.
• Identify opportunities to improve usability, performance, security, and architecture.
• Research competitors, tools, APIs, and new technologies to find better ways to build.
• Develop integrations, automations, and new product functionality.
• Move quickly, communicate clearly, and keep projects progressing.
• Use AI and modern tools to increase speed and output of the code you ship.
