Job summary

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office. The environment emphasizes safety, teamwork, and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent education and/or related experience.
• Supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment, 5+ years preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and OSHA regulations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for coaching and developing employees.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office systems and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment following policies; lead with a safety mindset.
• Utilize safety analyses to mitigate injuries and incidents; conduct root cause analysis.
• Inform departments of major production issues and participate in resolution.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, Sales & Marketing, and Supply Chain to maintain efficiency.
• Develop performance goals aligned with plant and company objectives.
• Manage labor and training budgets; ensure proper staffing.
