Highrise is seeking an exceptional product designer to shape how millions of players experience play and friendship every day. You’ll own design problems end to end, from understanding the player and the problem, through flows and wireframes, to polished, production-ready UI that ships.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrates impeccable visual craft and clear thinking behind decisions.
• Candidates may be junior or senior; focus is on work and fundamentals, not years of experience.
• Strong user-centered perspective and rigorous reasoning to defend design choices.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work quickly with ownership from concept to finish.

Responsibilities

• Own design work end to end: research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Create experiences around play, self-expression, and friendship for millions of players.
• Strengthen and evolve the design system to ensure consistency.
• Support decisions with user interviews, data, and competitive analysis.
• Iterate on live feedback to improve performance and landing in players' hands.
