A24 seeks an experienced post-production executive in New York to lead end-to-end post on projects from pre-production through delivery. You will strategize post plans, manage budgets, and supervise staffing and vendors to ensure top quality across episodes and seasons.

You will attend final mix sessions with showrunners, review bids, and coordinate international localization, while partnering with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Distribution to resolve issues and optimize delivery.

• 8+ years of post-production and delivery experience.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Creative problem solver in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strong working knowledge of high-quality finishing vendors for picture, VFX, and sound.
• Hands-on experience with 4K HDR and Dolby Atmos workflows.
• Experience with international distribution platforms and partner management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Premiere, and Avid; Indee and Flow Capture a plus.

• Own post function end-to-end for assigned projects.
• Strategize production and post plans for optimal finishing across episodes and seasons.

• Evaluate pilots and series to estimate post costs and needs.
• Build post budgets and calendars with key production teams.
• Track and manage post-related costs with producing partners.
• Coordinate localization for international distributors and markets.
• Review bids for picture, VFX, and sound within budget.
• Vet titles with legal to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate press screenings, premieres, and festivals; attend tech checks.
• Resolve production- and delivery-related issues with cross-functional teams.
• Strengthen distributor partnerships with high-quality service.
• Stay current on vendors and international industry trends.
• Archive media and related assets.
