Job summary

FS MEDIA in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Client Services and Post-Production Lead to manage client relationships from brief through delivery. You will spearhead project kickoffs, maintain schedules, and ensure timely approvals across pre-production, production, and post-production.

You will coordinate with editors, colorists, and vendors, reviewing work for accuracy, and ensuring assets meet client specifications and delivery timelines. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships through briefing, proposals, production, and delivery in a production/creative environment.
• Ability to hire and manage freelance editors and retouchers and provide constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with editing and post-production workflows using industry tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and agency partners from brief to closeout.
• Lead kickoffs and status calls with agendas and documented decisions.
• Translate proposals into deliverable lists, schedules, and review windows.
• Coordinate client feedback with the production team during pre-production and shoots.
• Manage vendor costs, approvals, and scope changes to avoid unauthorized work.
