Job summary

Meta Reality Labs Research is hiring a PCB Manufacturing Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end PCB fabrication and assembly programs from design release through delivery for multiple concurrent research builds.

You will build and drive schedules across engineering, sourcing, and external partners, manage budgets, and ensure IP protection while solving complex manufacturing challenges in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program or project management experience in hardware, research, or consumer product development.
• Proven track record of managing PCB fabrication and/or assembly programs with external manufacturing partners.
• Experience owning and managing a team’s budget, forecasting, tracking spend, and reporting against plan.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for PCB fabrication and assembly, from design release through delivery.
• Build, maintain, and communicate schedules across multiple teams and suppliers; set milestones and surface risks.
• Manage external PCB fabrication and assembly partners: capability assessment, quoting, NPI readiness, build tracking, escalation, and review.
